Information We Collect
Log and Usage Information: such as browser type you use, hardware model, operating system, IP address, unique device identifiers, access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and browsing behavior such as time spent, what site you came from, what site you visit when you leave us, and browsing behavior.
Account Information
If you create an account on the Services, we collect the information you provide to us related to the account, such as first and last name, username, password, and email address. Transactional Information: such as items placed in your cart, products purchased, product details, shipping information, purchase price, purchased date and payment information.
Sources of Information
We collect information that you directly provide to us, such as when you submit a form or send us a message with your information.
We collect information that you interact with our app, such as the screen viewed, the button clicked.

How We May Share Information
We may share your Personal Information in the following situations:
Your Linked Partner. Duet is designed for two people to share a calendar, anniversaries, and wish lists. When you link your account with a partner, the content you create in shared areas of the app is visible to that partner. Where a feature offers a sharing setting, such as sharing an imported calendar, that content is only visible to your partner while you have the setting turned on. When you unlink from a partner, we remove their access to content you own;
Third Party Services Providers. We may share data with service providers, vendors, contractors, or agents who complete transactions or perform services on our behalf, such as those that assist us with our business and internal operations like shipping and delivery, payment processing, fraud prevention, customer service, gift cards, experiences, personalization, and marketing;
Change in Business. We may share data in connection with a corporate business transaction, such as a merger or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company, joint venture, corporate reorganization, insolvency or bankruptcy, financing or sale of company assets;
To Comply with Law. We may share data to facilitate legal process from lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement demands as permitted by law.
With Your Consent. We may share data with third parties when we have your consent.

Calendar Integrations
Duet lets you connect a calendar from Google Calendar or from your Apple device, so that events from it appear alongside the events you create in Duet. Connecting a calendar is entirely optional, you choose a single calendar to import, and the connection is read-only: we never create, edit, or delete events in your Google or Apple calendar.
When a calendar is connected, we read the events in it for roughly the past few months and the year ahead, and keep a copy on our servers so the app can show them. We only take the basic details needed to display an event, such as its title and when it happens. We do not read or keep the extra details, such as descriptions, locations, attendees, or attachments.
Imported events are private to you unless you turn on the option to share your imported calendar with your linked partner. Turning that option off, disconnecting the calendar, or unlinking from your partner removes their access.
Google User Data
If you connect a Google Calendar, we ask for your permission to see the list of your calendars, so you can pick the one you want, and to read the events in the calendar you picked. Both permissions are read-only.
Duet's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular, we use Google user data only to provide and improve the calendar import feature you asked for; we do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition, and we do not allow humans to read it except with your explicit consent, where necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, to comply with applicable law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized. We do not use Google user data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
You can disconnect the calendar at any time from the settings screen in the app, which revokes our access token and deletes the events we imported. You can also review or revoke Duet's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Apple Calendar Data
If you connect a calendar from your Apple device, the app asks for the operating system's calendar permission and reads events through it. As with Google Calendar, access is read-only and we store a copy of the same limited set of event fields on our servers so they can be displayed in the app and, if you choose, shared with your linked partner. You can disconnect the calendar from the settings screen in the app, which deletes the events we imported, and you can withdraw the calendar permission at any time in your device settings.
Anniversary Photos
Duet lets you attach a photo you select to an anniversary. The photo is stored on our servers so it can be shown in the app, and is visible to your linked partner while you are linked. We use it only to provide this feature, never for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models.
Removing the photo or deleting the anniversary deletes it from our servers, as does unlinking from your partner or deleting your account.
Content Moderation and Reporting
To maintain a safe environment for all users, we may collect and process information related to content moderation and user reports. This includes:
Content you upload or share within the App, which may be reviewed by automated systems or human moderators to detect violations of our Terms and Conditions;
Reports submitted by users regarding potentially harmful or prohibited content, including the content of the report, any supporting evidence provided, and the reporter's account information;
Records of moderation actions taken, such as content removal, account warnings, suspensions, or terminations;
Communications between you and our team related to content moderation or policy enforcement.
We use this information to enforce our Terms and Conditions, protect user safety, comply with legal obligations, and improve our content moderation processes. Content moderation data may be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill these purposes, even after account deletion, to the extent required by law or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable security measures designed to protect your information. Despite our best efforts, however, no security measures are completely impenetrable.
Data Retention
We store the information we collect about you for as long as necessary for the purpose(s) for which we collected it or for other legitimate business purposes, including to meet our legal, regulatory, or other compliance obligations.
